Peter has a Masters in Spiritual Theology from Maryvale Institute where he completed a dissertation on the relationship between contemplative prayer, especially as taught by St. Teresa of Avila, and the charism of prophecy. He has written an eight-week course on prayer called Heart Speaks to Heart, which he has delivered on several occasions, and is a regular guest speaker and teacher for parishes and Christian communities. In his role as Director of Music at the National Musicians’ Church, he runs a programme around Music and Spirituality and has lead retreats around pieces of music such as Haydn’s Creation and Fauré’s Requiem. He has written for Church Music Quarterly and Woman Alive magazine. He also offers personal spiritual direction. For more information or to enquire about inviting Peter to speak, click here.
